The Ordinance states, in Section 17-7.5, STORAGE, subpart 1.C, Exterior Storage,that "No more than two fish houses and one recreational vehicle are permissible if they are currently licensed. . . " The Ordinance further states, in Section 17-7.5, STORAGE, subpart 1.D, Exterior Storage,that "Abandoned motor vehicles shall be stored within a structure or completely screened from view from adjacent properties and right-of-way. " The Ordinance further states, in Section 17-7.6,VISUAL STANDARDS — SCREENING,that "No use shall create, maintain or continue any activity or structure which has a strong negative visual impact or offends the morals or violates the standards of the City. " I have been to your property and taken the enclosed pictures. If these pictures accurately depict the condition of your property, I would have to find that you are in violation of these provisions of the Ordinance. As opposed to formally citing you for a violation of the Ordinance, we would like the opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are requesting that by no later than July 5,2008,you remove or properly store the abandoned vehicles and remove the excess recreational vehicles.
