Failure to properly store or remove these vehicles by July 5, 2008 will prompt us to take <br /> more aggressive action. This would likely include Administrative Fines in the amount of <br /> $100.00 for each day the violation continues, civil action to obtain a court order directing <br /> you to comply with the Ordinance and could potentially include criminal action. You <br /> will also be responsible to reimburse the City for any expenses incurred in remedying this <br /> violation. This would include any consultant fees or other professional services that City <br /> Staff determines is necessary, including but not limited to the City Planner at$92.00 per <br /> hour,the City Engineer at$90.00 to $145.00 per hour or the City Attorney at $145.00 per <br /> hour. <br /> Having outside storage and abandoned vehicles as depicted in these photographs is not <br /> only an eyesore to the rest of the community, it is a health and safety issue that we take <br /> very seriously.
