Failure to make application by June 25, 2008,will prompt us to take more aggressive <br /> action. This would likely include Administrative Fines for each day the violation <br /> continues, civil action to obtain a court order directing you to comply with the Ordinance <br /> and could potentially include criminal action. You will also be responsible to reimburse <br /> the City for any expenses incurred in remedying this violation. This would include any <br /> consultant fees or other professional services that City Staff determines is necessary, <br /> including but not limited to the City Planner at$92.00 per hour,the City Engineer at <br /> $90.00 to $145.00 per hour or the City Attorney at$145.00 per hour. <br /> Please understand our seriousness and commitment to uphold the Ordinances.
