" <br /> The Ordinance further states, in Section 17-7.3, FENCES, subpart 2,that "All boundary <br /> line fences shall be entirely located upon the property of the person constructing such <br /> fence. . . " <br /> I have been to your property and taken the enclosed pictures. If these pictures accurately <br /> depict your property, I would have to find that you are in violation of these provisions of <br /> the Ordinance. <br /> As opposed to formally citing you for a violation of the Ordinance, we would like the <br /> opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are requesting that by no <br /> later than June 25,2008,you make application for a Land Use Permit properly <br /> placing the fence and freezer unit within your lot boundaries. Please include a <br /> timeline indicating your plans to resolve these violations. A Land Use Permit <br /> application is enclosed. <br />
