City of <br /> Pequot MEMO <br /> L <br /> TO: Planning Commission <br /> FROM: Dawn Bittner, Zoning Administrator <br /> DATE: August 12, 2008 <br /> RE: Darrell Lake <br /> Darrell and Gloria Lake reached an Agreement with the City of Pequot Lakes regarding <br /> their erosion issue in May, 2007. Two of the conditions of that agreement stated: <br /> "There will be an inspection of the property by the City on or around July 1, 2007, <br /> July 1, 2008 and July 1, 2009 to confirm the existence of the sprinkler system and <br /> the condition of the newly planted trees." <br /> "There have been 38 new trees planted on the property as of February 20, 2007. <br /> As of July 1, 2009, at least 31 of those trees shall still be alive or replaced with <br /> living trees." <br /> Planning Commission Member Roger Varilek inspected the property on July 10, 2007 <br /> and reported there were 33 '/2 living trees and the sprinkler system was in place. <br /> Planning Commission Member Scott Pederson will inspected the property and submit a <br /> report to the Planning Commission. <br /> 4638 County Road 11 <br /> Pequot Lakes, NIN 56472 <br /> dbittner@pequotlakes-mn.g_ov. <br /> �, 218-568-6699 <br />
