I would like to <br /> express my concern on more than one of the issues relating to this hearing. <br /> 1) Preliminary Plat: I oppose the request to subdivide to create 55 separate lots within <br /> the subdivision. This is due to the lot size needs and requirements as well as the <br /> concerns to add that density to the lake shore access. <br /> 2) I also have concerns relating to the Conditional Use Permit for PUD: There are many <br /> issues of management to realize in this potential PUD. They are things such as <br /> covenants, dockage, shoreline access, stormwater management and densisty issues to name a <br /> few.
