PLANNING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> �. Bittner pointed out the 7 permits issued in September and the 26 letters written. The <br /> following Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions were discussed: <br /> 1. Darrell Lake—Bittner will confirm whether we need to contact his attorney prior <br /> to turning over to the City Attorney. <br /> 2. Jonathon Acosta—Bittner directed to have Police Chief deliver a letter with <br /> timeframe for completion. <br /> 3. Bonnie Watt—Place rezone on November agenda. <br /> 4. Helen Montegue—Mr. Adams advised that Mr. Montegue is very ill and to wait a <br /> few months before contacting her. <br /> A motion was made by Bill Habein, seconded by Scott Pederson, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried.
