Chapter 7o8o and Crow Wing County Zoning Ordinance Article 37. <br /> D. All non-conforming systems shall be brought into conformance. <br /> E. Sewage tanks being abandoned shall be thoroughly pumped and filled with <br /> soil. <br /> F. All owners of individual sewage treatment systems shall have the system <br /> assessed or inspected according to State Rules Chapter 7080 and Crow wing <br /> County Zoning Ordinance 37. <br /> i. The person assessing or inspecting the system shall provide to the City a <br /> statement that the system appears to be in good working order or <br /> specifying any defects discovered and the date such defects were/will be <br /> corrected.The form shall also indicate if the septic tank was pumped. <br /> ii. The Zoning Administrator shall maintain a file by legal description and <br /> shall notify any delinquent property owner when 6 months have elapsed <br /> beyond the required period. <br /> iii. The Zoning Administrator, or assistant, shall have the authority to <br /> verify the assessment or inspections and/or conduct inspections on behalf <br /> of the City. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> Development Bond Policy: <br /> Mr. Marohn explained the Staff Report. A motion was made by Dean Williams, <br /> seconded by John Derksen,to adopt the following Policy for Development Bond <br /> requirements: <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> POLICY FOR BONDING REQUIREMENT <br /> FOR REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WITHIN DEVELOPMENTS <br /> The following policy has been approved by the City of Pequot Lakes for what is <br /> considered a"required improvement"within developments: <br /> 1. A Development Bond will be required for all public improvements. <br /> 2. A Development Bond will be required for all private improvements needed to <br /> protect the health, safety or welfare interests of adjacent property owners or the <br /> general public, such as, but not limited to,the following: <br /> A. Clustered Sewer Systems; <br /> B. Community Water Systems; <br /> C. Internal Private Roads; <br /> D.
