Mr. Ryan will gather a count of parent drop-offs at the Middle/High School and submit to <br /> the City. There is no calculation for the number of open enrollment students riding <br /> busses. Mr. Linnell stated that parent droop-offs increased after 911 and it is also a time <br /> for parents to spend quality time with their children. <br /> Mr. Bray stated that there is a higher drop-off rate at Eagle View that at other area <br /> schools. <br /> Mr. Linnell stated that safety is the main concern of the school <br /> *** Sub-Committee Meeting: Mr. Marohn stated that the Sub-Committee Meeting to <br /> discuss the Memorandum of Agreement with Mn/DOT has been scheduled for Monday, <br /> April 30, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. at City Hall. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Mr. Woog pointed out the April 4, 2007 letter to Mr. Bray. When asked, Mr. Bray stated <br /> that the shelf life of an EIS is 5 years. The EIS may need to be re-evaluated. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD #2: <br /> John Brunes stated that an overpass would eliminate the County Road 11 problems for <br /> the school crossing. <br /> NEXT MEETING: Mr. Woog stated that the City Council has changed the time for the <br /> Alternate Group Discussions that meet on the Council Meeting nights: The next meeting <br /> will be held on May 1, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. and conclude at 6:30 p.m. for the regular <br /> monthly City Council Meeting. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by Cathy Malecha,to adjourn the <br /> meeting. All members voted "aye". Motion carried.
