Can they"T" off of service lines? Service is easier when each lot has its own service <br /> connection. It avoids headaches. Multiple ownerships hooked up to one line is a <br /> problem. <br /> Can the connection be common property? There would be a need to develop a document <br /> and there would be increased attorney fees. <br /> City can make some concession to make the redevelopment of the Park more attractive. <br /> Should the City purchase lots? Purchase at today's price? The EDC is working on those <br /> components. <br /> Nearly every lot could be subdivided. We may want to keep part as a Business Park and <br /> part as an Industrial Park. Some existing uses are very industrial. No new industrial park <br /> would be available for quite a few years. BLADC is doing a marketing study for a new <br /> park. The City may not want to limit which ones to be subdivided;they are all privately <br /> owned. <br /> Are all uses acceptable with only 10' setbacks and 10,000 sq. ft. lots? <br /> Stormwater is designed for 90% impervious coverage. The City Engineer said we will <br /> not have any problem at 90%.
