We use Wilderness Road. <br /> Any person that needs access will be granted an easement. <br /> Beverly Miller, 6255 Wilderness Road,which properties affected by the easement? All <br /> properties now using Wilderness Road for access. <br /> A motion was made by Tom Adams,to table this public hearing for one month. The <br /> beach restoration is not completed and he would like to see that completed by next <br /> month. John Derksen seconded the motion. <br /> Discussion: <br /> If we get this 66 foot easement vacated,how wide is the road? The current bituminous <br /> surface is within the easement. Lot 3 has been divided 3 times. Those owners will be <br /> notified specifically. <br /> Dave Reese, WSN,passed out the new vegetation plan. That plan indicates proposed <br /> plantings and screening. <br /> The easement will go all the way down to the far SE corner of the property. <br /> Ann Beaver, 26834 Pine Acres Road,Nisswa. Do other property owners already have an <br /> easement off of Wilderness Road? No,Nature Drive will be used to access some of the <br /> lots. Each property has public access,but High Pine Street is not accessible. The Resort <br /> is proposing to vacate the public right-of-way and will dedicate an easement so all of <br /> those property owners who use Wilderness Road for access will have continued access. <br /> High Pine Street was suggested to be vacated also. <br /> Beverly Miller, one of the 3 splits, commented on the loss of trees by 7 & 8 and the cul- <br /> de-sac corner piece. Mature trees need to be replaced. Up near that area,there are a lot <br /> of red pines piled. <br /> What is happening on the easement? We are tabling the hearing so they can finish up the <br /> last items. The easement is one of the things that needs to be clarified. <br /> All members voted aye.
