Standards) <br /> Mr. Marohn presented a power point presentation on shoreland planned unit <br /> developments. <br /> Staff was directed to include a map in the packets next month indicating parcels large <br /> enough for this type of development,the zoning classifications and how many are <br /> commercial <br /> b. TH 371 Planning <br /> This will be discussed when the alignment is obtained from MN/DOT. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> Staff would like to add"The public hearings were closed"on page 3. <br /> A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by Mark Hallan,to approve the Minutes. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> Permits and Correspondence: <br /> Staff pointed out the 12 permits issued and the 20 letters received and sent. <br /> Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: <br /> The following items were discussed: <br /> 1. Snap Fitness—Off-site sign again. Staff would like to discuss the violation policy <br /> when a future agenda allows sufficient time. <br /> 2. RV Resort—The MPCA sent the SWCD to investigate the erosion. There are <br /> also City violations and Staff will begin the City process. <br /> 3. Thomas and Janice Link—Staff explained their garage being constructed in the <br /> side yard setback. Staff was directed not to encourage variance applications. <br /> 4. Kevin and Noelle Sheehan—No response has been received from them. Staff <br /> directed to send them a follow-up letter. <br /> 5. Cathi McBryde—Staff explained all of her exterior storage has been removed or <br /> is not visible from public right-of-way. Staff will contact her and advise her that <br /> this has been resolved, subject to her keeping the yard mowed. <br /> 6.
