All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> Staff pointed out the 5 permits issued in November and corrected the Report as follows: <br /> Permit No. 5 was for an accessory structure, not an access street and the permit <br /> applications were through November,not October. <br /> The following Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions were discussed: <br /> 1. David Clark—Remove from list. <br /> 2. Stacey Simons—Fence has not been constructed; remain on violation list. <br /> 3. Kevin and Noelle Sheehan—Remove from list. <br /> 4. Jerome and Gloria Atwater—Remove from list. <br /> 5. Thomas Link—No deadline for removal. <br /> 6. Brent and Debra Larson—Remove from list. <br /> 7. Ron Euerle—Remove from list. <br /> 8. Wilderness Resort Villas—The Cease and Desist was not lifted as the beach area <br /> has not been restored;the Planning Commission gave permission for Staff to issue <br /> the After-the-Fact Permit for the dwelling.
