A motion was made by Mark Hallan, seconded by Bill Habein,that the March Minutes <br /> be approved as read. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> Staff explained the 4 permits and the 8 letters. The following Potential <br /> Violations/Enforcement Actions were discussed: <br /> 1. Cathi McBryde: The Prosecuting Attorney has placed the information. Staff <br /> resubmitted the information. <br /> 2. Darrell Lake: No For Sale sign. <br /> 3. Bonnie Watt: Change name to Thomas Tulenchik. <br /> 4. Virgil Dahl: Staff and the Police Chief met with Mr. Dahl today and he must <br /> have his debris removed by April 28. <br /> 5. Randon Johnson: No runoff problem this spring. <br /> 6. Patrick Greer: Staff if monitoring. <br /> 7. Dean Visser: Mr. Woog will remove the off-site sign. <br /> Staff advised that letters had been sent to the businesses outlining the changes in the <br /> Ordinance regarding temporary and banner signs. Staff was advised to set up a meeting <br /> with the churches and the Legion to explain the changes. <br /> The Planning Commission noticed that some realtors are re-offending with signs that are <br /> too large. Is there a mechanism the City can use, such as licensing the realtors, and not <br /> re-licensing repeat offenders? Staff was directed to bring back recommendations. <br /> Staff was directed to check definitions of principle structures. <br /> PARK BOARD LIAISON: <br /> Mr. Marohn explained the restructuring of the Park Board and suggested the Planning <br /> Commission have a liaison attend these meeting to help communications between the two <br /> groups. Scott Pederson volunteered. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: None. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> A motion was made by Mark Hallan, seconded by Scott Pederson,to adjourn the <br /> meeting. All members voted"aye".
