11. The property contains more than the 33-feet of minimum frontage on public right- <br /> of-way, <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The developer shall enter into a development agreement, acceptable to the City <br /> Attorney, prior to the recording of this subdivision. The development agreement <br /> shall, in regards to this subdivision, address at least the following: <br /> a. A mechanism to ensure the ultimate platting of the property. <br /> b. A mechanism to ensure proper abandonment of the sewage treatment <br /> system and removal of the existing structures. <br /> c. A mechanism to ensure the proper extension of municipal sanitary sewer <br /> service to the property. <br /> All members voted"aye".
