ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> Bittner pointed out the 3 permits issued and the 23 letters sent or received. <br /> The following Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions were discussed. <br /> 1. Lake—Bittner reported that she and Commission Member Pederson visited the <br /> property with Mr. Lake and the required number of trees were alive. <br /> Chairman Woog stated that as a result of the Mayor's letter to property owners in the <br /> Industrial Park 6 or 7 properties had done what she had asked, such as maintaining grass <br /> and black dirt and seeding with sprinklers. There is really only 1 property that remains <br /> unfinished and unmaintained. There has been a positive response. <br /> He also pointed out that Mary Peterson has resigned. Staff will advertise the vacancy and <br /> the Council will appoint someone new. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> A motion was made by Scott Pederson, seconded by John Derksen,to adjourn the <br /> meeting. All members voted"aye". Motion carried.
