Mr. Marohn stated that more than half of the <br /> employment comes from the service sector. <br /> Mr. Andersen stated that there are no places to attract a business that requires commercial <br /> property that would take more than two Industrial Park lots. Chairman Woog stated there <br /> are parcels available that are privately owned. Mr. Andersen stated they are not zoned <br /> for manufacturing. Mr. Habein suggested zoning an area where people needing large <br /> parcels could buy privately owned property and put in their own well and septic. <br /> The first paragraph needs to be friendlier and enlightening. The "maturity" sentence is <br /> removed and the next sentence should be changed to state the City is a well established <br /> community. <br /> Business Park: <br /> Downtown: <br /> Employment: <br /> The information for this graph is from the Business Inventory.
