Decrease LGA revenue to $30,000 2. Redo the IT budget to allocate costs to specific departments 3. Relook at computer needs for Police Department 4. Research the interest rate for the City Hall loan 5. Reduce employee wages to 1.25% 6. Reduce Council wages by $50 per month 7. Eliminate the Sergeant position Park Commission — Au�ust 9, 2012 — Minutes are attached. • The Commission discussed the need to repair the steps at Sibley Lake Park due to the poor condition and because they could be a liability to the City. • The Commission discussed the land donation for park land and recommended that the Council consider acceptance of the property. The Commission suggested that the Planning Commission consider this prior to sending it to Council. • The Commission also moved to recommend that the Planning Commission review the Master Park Plan and that it ultimately be presented to Council for � consideration.
