The northern <br /> portion of the property is primarily wetland. These areas have been consolidated into one area to reduce their — <br /> overall impact. <br /> 37. The PUD is allowed up to 34 mooring sites; one site for each unit available in the <br /> first tier. The PUD is also allowed one day dock for loading and unloading for <br /> units beyond the first tier. The PUD exceeds the allowed number of mooring <br /> sites with a proposed 40 mooring sites.
