t
}
_ Supplemental Information
April 9, 2008
RE: Wilderness Paint Resort
J
Phased Construction Plan Summary
The construction phasing of both wastewater and dwelling units in the project is #
anticipated to be completed per the attached schedule. The design of the wastewater
system will require initial operation of the Lodge using the septic tanks as holding tanks. 2
'— In 2009,the main backbone of the wastewater collection system will be constructed with
services extended to each building site. This will be a pressure-collection system;each
dwelling will have its own combination septic tank/lift chamber, which is otherwise
- known as a Septic Tank Effluent Pump(STEP) system. The primary portion of the
wastewater treatment system will be constructed in this year as well.
In subsequent years, more dwelling units can be added to the system with the addition of
4
treatment pods at the treatment facility. All of the collection system will be installed in j
the initial year, so connection to the sewer facility can proceed as treatment capacity is
added.
i
The construction is planned to begin with the Lodge in 2008. The pool building is
planned to be constructed in 2009,and will be connected, along with six units to the
wastewater collection and treatment system at that time. In 2010,nine additional units
can be constructed. It is anticipated that the units that will be constructed will proceed
along the shoreline of the main point. In 2011,nine additional units are planned, and the
project will conclude in 2012 with the final nine units.
z
_ t
2Y
S
f
i
A
 3
5tl
S
l
JA0293B-Brainerd Land Survey1 0293B0574-Wildemess-ConstScrv10293B0574.007-Wilderness Resort-
'— ReDesign\Correspondence\Utters\Supplementat 1nfonnation040908.doc j
9
a
