Please understand our seriousness and commitment to uphold and ensure <br /> compliance with the City Code. We hope you will take this opportunity to work with us <br /> and resolve this matter. <br /> If you feel you are unable to correct the code violations and nuisance conditions on your <br /> property in the time specified,the City is willing to do so with your consent pursuant to <br /> the enclosed a draft consent agreement. The consent agreement is an agreement <br /> between you and the City where you are consenting to allow the City to enter upon your <br /> Property, abate the nuisance conditions present on your Property, and assess the costs <br /> incurred in doing so to your Property. By signing this agreement and timely returning it <br /> to the City you may still allow the City to abate the nuisance conditions on your Property <br /> without resorting to further enforcement actions against you. Entering into this consent <br /> agreement with the City will allow you to resolve this matter and achieve compliance <br /> with the City Code without additional enforcement actions against you.
