7. David Clark- The Police Chief is monitoring. In excess of 60 cats have been <br /> `-- removed. (6/06) <br /> 8. Rich and Lori Westlund—They have placed gutters on the building which should <br /> divert the stormwater from adjacent properties. Staff will monitor. (7/06) <br /> 9. Virgil Dahl—The City Council has directed Staff to bring this property into <br /> conformance. The Police Chief and Staff visited his property November 13 and <br /> issued a violation letter. As weather conditions improve, Staff will again contact <br /> Mr. Dahl and closely monitor the clean-up. Staff has been asked to present an <br /> update at the April Board of Review. (10/06) <br /> 10. Herbert Winch—Most of the debris has been removed,as well as the motorhome. <br /> Staff will continue to monitor. (10/06) <br /> 11. Randon Johnson—Mr. Johnson has created a potential erosion problem. Staff <br /> will monitor runoff in the spring. (12/06) <br /> 12. Stacey and Karin Simons—Mr. and Mrs. Simons met with Mr. Pederson and <br /> Staff. The abandoned cars have been removed. It may be too late to construct the <br /> fence. The City Council waived the permit fee for the fence. (7/07) <br /> 13. Robert Swenson—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. (8/07) <br /> 14. Jon&Nicosia Danielowski—Unfinished exterior of structure. Their Land Use <br /> Permit has been extended to April 30, 2008 per Planning Commission direction. <br /> (8/07) <br /> 15. Kevin&Noelle Sheehan—Construction within the SIZ without a permit. (8/07) <br /> 16. Worth Repeating Consignments—Portable signs again placed within Mn/DOT <br /> right-of-way. (original violation 7/07, new violation 11/07) <br /> 17. Patrick Greer—The tenant at his property has refuse, debris and exterior storage. <br /> Staff spoke with Mrs. Greer. No additional debris to accumulate and remainder <br /> of debris to be removed as snow melts. (12/07) <br /> The following items relate to the sign ordinance, specifically banners,which were addressed in <br /> earlier Staff Reports: Staff will prepare a draft notification to property owners of our Ordinance <br /> Amendments and have the City Planner approve. <br /> 18. Curt Pestello: This violation is still on hold pending our new sign ordinance. <br /> 19. Dean Visser: Staff was directed to check the Ordinance to see if rights to have a <br /> sign can be transferred. <br /> 20.
