Parking would <br /> not be an issue as patrons would only be dropping off and picking up items for repair. <br /> This type of operation most closely corresponds to a Type III Home Occupation,which <br /> would be a permitted use in the Downtown Mixed Use zoning classification. <br /> I have enclosed a Land Use Permit application.
