VII. Implementation <br /> Estimated Costs <br /> Estimating costs for improvements such as these is a tricky endeavor. There are not a <br /> lot of examples in the marketplace that can be compared to,and the attention to detail <br /> necessary to make the effort a success means that it will not simply be another standard <br /> road improvement project. <br /> The costs for completing the roadway improvements and amenity enhancements are <br /> estimated to be$4.5 million dollars.
