(10/07) <br /> 19. James Andrews—Constructed new roof without a permit. He immediately <br /> made application and received a permit. We consider this matter resolved. <br /> (11/07) <br /> 20. Worth Repeating Consignments—Portable signs again placed within <br /> Mn/DOT right-of-way. (original violation 7/07, new violation 11/07) <br /> 21. Patrick Greer—The tenant at his property has refuse, debris and exterior <br /> storage. Staff spoke with Mrs. Greer. No additional debris to accumulate <br /> and remainder of debris to be removed as snow melts. (12/07) <br /> The following items relate to the sign ordinance, specifically banners,which were <br /> discussed in this Staff Report: <br /> 22.
