2. Cathi McBryde: A copy of the timeline and supporting information has <br /> been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney. Staff has not been contacted <br /> by Prosecuting Attorney. (Inherited from Sibley Township <br /> 3. Roger Rudbeck—The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to <br /> the City Attorney to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. <br /> 4. Darrell Lake—Staff received a request for information from a local <br /> realtor. Staff will monitor for a"For Sale"sign. (8/04) <br /> 5. James and Barbara Whitty— (6/04) <br /> 6. Bonnie Watt— (5105) <br /> 7. Kevin Nelson—Mr.Nelson did not request a permit extension and the <br /> City Council agreed to not refund his permit fees. (9/05) <br /> 8. David Clark-The Police Chief is monitoring. In excess of 60 cats have <br /> been removed. (6/06) <br /> 9. Rich and Lori Westlund—They have placed gutters on the building which <br /> should divert the stormwater from adjacent properties. Staff will monitor. <br /> (7/06) <br /> 10. Virgil Dahl—The City Council has directed Staff to bring this property <br /> into conformance. The Police Chief and Staff visited his property <br /> November 13 and issued a violation letter. (10/06) <br /> 11. Herbert Winch—Most of the debris has been removed, as well as the <br /> motor home. Staff will continue to monitor. (10/06) <br /> 12. Randon Johnson—Mr. Johnson has created a potential erosion problem. <br /> (12/06) <br /> 13. Stacey and Karin Simons—Mr. and Mrs. Simons met with Mr.Pederson <br /> and Staff. The abandoned cars have been removed. It may be too late to <br /> construct the fence. The City Council waived the permit fee for the fence. <br /> (7/07) <br /> 14. Valerie Dwight—Her application has been approved. Staff waiting to <br /> receive ATF payment. (7/07) <br /> 15. Robert Swenson—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. (8/07) <br /> 16. Jon&Nicosia Danielowski—Unfinished exterior of structure. They <br /> responded to violation letter;may request additional extension of time to <br /> complete.
