As you will recall, you are currently on our
Potential Violation/Enforcement Action List for the exterior storage, debris and excess
recreational vehicles on your property.
You have been very diligent in the past working with Chief Braam and me to remedy the
situation. Before we can make a decision on the construction of the storage shed, Chief
Braam and I will need to visit your property again. We will need to wait until after the
snow melts. We will let you know in advance.
I believe the storage shed will need to be placed on a foundation. I would also like to
take a look at the materials you would like to construct it with
Before the permit could be issued the Planning Commission would need to approve it
because you are currently on our violation list.
Sincerely,
Dawn Bittner
Zoning Administrator
C: Jerry Braam, Chief of Police
Planning Commission
