The two lots are highlighted in yellow and are approximately 50 <br /> feet wide with varying depths, from 330 feet to 305 feet deep. These lots are non- <br /> conforming as they do not meet the minimum lot width of 100 feet and are considered <br /> one lot. <br /> I am also enclosing copies of the definitions of Bluff, Bluff Impact Zone, Toe of Bluff <br /> and Top of Bluff, as well as the Shoreline Residential District Provisions. The only way <br /> to know for certain that a bluff exists is to have your property surveyed.
