The Planning Commission was concerned with traffic visibility along Second <br /> Street and recommends the structure be setback 10 feet from the right-of-way line of <br /> Second Street. <br /> In addition,there is no fee for a temporary structure. A Land Use Permit will be <br /> required, but there will be no fee. I have enclosed a Land Use Permit application for your <br /> convenience.
