Photo 6 is the intersection of Highway 371 and County Road 17. This area should <br /> transition from street to road,with faster moving traffic and less intersections. <br /> When taking on something as enormous as this,the City will need to take the <br /> time to thoroughly analyze all aspects. <br /> Mr. Burslie stated he will provide a map next month indicating where the road <br /> and street sections would be. Metes and Bounds Subdivision, Patricia Dittes, applicant <br /> Due to the fact there was not a quorum of Planning Commission Members, Mrs. <br /> Dittes was instructed to request a Special Meeting of the Planning Commission to <br /> make a decision on her application. <br /> b. Douglas&Linda Cooper, Shoreline Restoration <br /> Mr. Burslie explained the Staff Report. The Coopers have documented their work <br /> to satisfy the agreement made September 20, 2012. Staff will visit the property <br /> this summer to verify the plantings are alive. No action is necessary at this time. <br /> Planning Commission Member Oraskovich offered to attend the site visit. <br /> Although marigolds and zinnias are not particularly native plantings,the Coopers <br /> are attempting to establish growth in the rip rap.
