Also,the light seems to be a <br /> sodium light that shines out,rather than downward. In addition, the light has been on <br /> after 9:30 p.m. indicating the light may be remaining on after the close of business. <br /> As I indicated in previous correspondence, lights approved with signs must be turned off <br /> at the close of business each day and be downward directional.
