This spiking <br /> occurred after rains and it was decided to collect rainwater and dust to <br /> test for phosphorus concentrations. Air borne phosphorus could <br /> literally be fertilizing the golf course. <br /> ➢ Wellhead Protection Team —The Wellhead Protection Team met <br /> and reviewed the draft Report for the Department of Health.
