The fence construction and placement was the result of an agreement <br /> between yourselves and the City dated September 26,2007 to resolve a Potential <br /> Violation/Enforcement Action regarding exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. <br /> Land Use Permit No. 08-32 will expire one year from date of issuance, May 29. 2009. <br /> Construction of this fence must begin prior to May 29,2009. The City waived the <br /> $75.00 permit fee for the fence in anticipation that this would contribute toward the <br /> construction of the fence.
