Failure to comply with the City Code by June 13,2009 will prompt us to take more <br /> aggressive action. This would likely include Administrative Fines in the amount of <br /> $100.00 per day for each day the violation continues,civil action to obtain a court order <br /> directing you to comply with the Code and could potentially include criminal action. <br /> You will be responsible to reimburse the City for any expenses incurred in <br /> remedying this violation. This would include any consultant fees or other <br /> professional services that City Staff determines is necessary,including but not <br /> limited to the City Planner at$92.00 per hour,the City Engineer at$93.00 to <br /> $148.00 per hour or the City Attorney at$145.00 per hour. <br /> Having debris as depicted in these photographs is not only an eyesore to the rest of the <br /> community,it is a safety issue that we take very seriously.
