The following Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions were discussed: <br /> 1. Stacey and Karin Simons—Fence is nearly completed. <br /> 2. Robert Swenson—Additional vehicles and cats. <br /> 3. Patrick Greer—Abandoned vehicles remain. <br /> 4. Elaine Yablonsky—Property has been sold and her contractors are moving <br /> forward with removal of fence and freezer. <br /> 5. Farmers Insurance Co.—Applied for permanent sign. <br /> 6. American National Bank—Removed large For Sale sign. <br /> 7. Kristine Sivanich—Requested extension to remove remaining exterior storage. <br /> 8. Jan Lee—Requested extension to remove remaining abandoned vehicles and <br /> exterior storage. <br /> 9. Jason and Tina Laxen—Paid for permit and completed construction. <br /> 10. Discount Finance—Old Whalen Wood sign has been removed. <br /> 11. Baystar Investments—Grass has been mowed. Will monitor. <br /> 12. David Clark—Grass has been mowed. Will monitor. <br /> 13. Herbert Winch—Grass has been mowed. Will monitor. <br /> 14. William Moen—Has not mowed grass. <br /> 15. Brenda Theien and Charles Gorden—Grass has been mowed. Will monitor. <br /> 16. Country Wide Home Loans—Has not mowed'grass. <br /> 17. Brian Noska—Grass has been mowed. Will monitor. <br /> 18. Rodney and Janice Johnson—Grass has been mowed. Will monitor. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained that the Lonesome Cottage After-the-Fact permit should not have <br /> gone to the City Council. The ATF fee on the Fee Schedule is 5 times the original fee. <br /> Mr. Andersen can appeal that fee to the Council. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by Scott Pederson, to adjourn the <br /> building.
