Darrell Lake—Final Inspection: <br /> Scott Pederson agreed to accompany Staff to do the final inspection of the restoration. <br /> The Lake's have requested to be in attendance. Staff will coordinate. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> a. Grow Zone—Form Based Code <br /> Mr. Marohn explained that he made the changes the Planning Commission had requested. <br /> He modified it to be more compatible and to articulate the roof line. He believes we are <br /> getting close and would like to give it to his designer to make it look nicer. The primary <br /> street fagade percentage has been changed, as well as the building height and accessory <br /> structure height. <br /> The Prohibited Uses/Hours are still the original; they can be modified or taken out. Mr. <br /> Williams thinks the hours should be later. <br /> The parking demands for different uses precipitates the times. <br /> Definitions of"retail" and "service" would need to be developed. <br /> Times for retail are to be removed. The map would indicate where the standards would <br /> be applied. <br /> This is an overlay zone which would need a public hearing. Staff directed to include this <br /> public hearing on our next Agenda. <br /> b. Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> Mr. Marohn explained the Workshop scheduled for July 23. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> Page 1, last paragraph,third sentence, change"drainfields"to "Subsurface disposal <br /> zones". <br /> Page 2, first complete sentence at top of page, delete entire sentence. <br /> A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by Mark Hallan, to approve the June <br /> Minutes, as corrected.
