Mr. Marohn asked what types of reports they are required to submit to the MPCA. Mr. <br /> `.. Miller stated both annual and monitoring reports. From the City standpoint,the PCA will <br /> have that covered in their reporting. <br /> Mr. Hallan asked if there is going to be another public hearing. The Cullen Lakes <br /> Association will have concerns with trees being removed even though they are <br /> developing within the guidelines. Mr. Miller stated trees will be removed according to <br /> the plan. Mr. Marohn stated there will be Final Plat but there will be no review of that <br /> type of thing. <br /> Mr. Pederson stated he talked with the developer and Mr. Steffens was receptive to using <br /> the trees that need to come down as paneling. <br /> Crow Wing County Land Use Changes: ' <br /> Mr. Marohn stated that Crow Wing County is ameding their Land Use Ordinance and <br /> they are requesting comments from municipaliebi I other,organizations.
