Ms. Moore asked if the owners are going to have the opportunity to vote to build the <br /> lodge amenities. Mr. Marohn stated the amenities are required to be built. Ms. Moore <br /> stated not all of the owners are willing to spend $10,000 on something that may never be <br /> completed. <br /> Mr. Marohn suggested scheduling a Design Review Team meeting to discuss some of <br /> these issues. Sketch Plan'Review—Horse Expo <br /> Mr. Marohn explained the impervious coverage discussion from the Crafters Mall. Mrs. <br /> Myers plans to use the existing buildings and add an arena and parking. Brenda Myers <br /> and Sean`Kaneski were present. Mr. Kaneski explained that Mrs. Myers wants to create a <br /> regional equestrian facility with 3 to 4 day shows. Parking will be event driven. There <br /> are not a lot of spectators at equestrian events. Rodeos would have more spectators. She <br /> does not intend this to be a boarding or training facility. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained the two big buildings would stay and a new arena would be built. <br /> When asked,Mrs. Myers stated the existing buildings would be used for warm-up and <br /> stalls. Neither building is large enough for a competition arena. The new building would <br /> be 150' X 300, clear span steel structure.
