CtayYlty f�nggrdAr <br />ay <br />beputy <br />CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ORDER <br />On the 15�' day of January, 2004, following a Public Hearing conducted by the Pequot <br />Lakes Planning Commission, the Pequot Lakes Planning Commission hereby approved a <br />Conditional Use Permit for: Karen Ettesvold and Wayne Phipps. <br />In accordance with the provisions of the Pequot Lakes Land Use Ordinance and pursuant <br />to the requirements of Chapter 462 of the Minnesota Statutes the approved Conditional <br />Use Permit authorized Karen Ettesvold and Wayne Phipps to: <br />� <br />Establish a salon as a home occupation in the Medium Density Residential Zone; <br />on the following property located in the City of P�quot Lakes, Crow Wing County: <br />Address: 4178 West Sibley Street; <br />n, Legal Description: The East Half of Lot 6, Block 4, Pequot; <br />U�" <br />and subject to the following conditions of approval by the Planning Commission, if any: <br />1. Hours of operation in a residential neighborhood sha11 be limited to the hours <br />between 7 AM and 10 PM in accordance with the Ordinance. <br />2. On-site parking shall be limited to the existing driveway. <br />3. The owner of the studio shall be a full-time occupant of the dwelling and the <br />primary use of the property shall remain residential until such time that the zoning <br />classification of the property changes, at which time the conditional use permit <br />could be re-evaluated. <br />4. Signage shall be consistent with the Ordinance provisions for residential areas. <br />5.
