Failure to comply with the City Code by June 12,2010 will prompt us to take more <br /> aggressive action. This would likely include Administrative Fines in the amount of <br /> $100.00 per day for each day the violation continues, civil action to obtain a court order <br /> directing you to comply with the City Code and could potentially include criminal action. <br /> You will also be responsible to reimburse the City for any expenses incurred in <br /> remedying this violation. This would include any consultant fees or other professional <br /> services that City Staff determines is necessary, including but not limited to the City <br /> Planner at $92.00 per hour,the City Engineer at$77.00 to $148.00 per hour or the City <br /> Attorney at $150.00 per hour. <br /> Having an un-maintained lawn as depicted in this photograph is not only an eyesore to <br /> the rest of the community, it is a health and safety issue that we take very seriously. <br /> Please understand our seriousness and commitment to uphold the City Code.
