The following issues need to be addressed: <br /> 1. The two refrigerators stored behind the garage need to be removed from the <br /> premises or stored inside a building or be fully screened so as not to be visible <br /> from adjoining properties. <br /> 2. At a December 11, 2009 inspection all of the vehicles had current tabs. All <br /> vehicles must maintain current registration or be stored within a structure or <br /> completely screened from view from adjacent properties and right-of-way. <br /> 3. Today when drove past I noticed what appears to be bagged garbage placed in the <br /> back of a pickup truck. The City Code states in Section 17-7.2 J, in part,that <br /> "Any accumulation of waste generated on any premises not stored in containers <br /> which comply with Minnesota Pollution Control Agency rules. . . or any <br /> accumulation of mixed solid waste generated on any premises which has <br /> remained thereon for more than one week. . . is a nuisance and may be abated <br /> and the cost of abatement may be addressed against the property where the <br /> nuisance is found " Garbage may not accumulate in the back of the pickup truck; <br /> garbage must be placed in an acceptable container and disposed of on a regular <br /> basis. <br /> 4638 Coumy Rona 11 • PF.Quar LAK s, MN 56472 • (218) 568-5222 • Fnx: (218) 568-5860 • www.pequotlakes-mn.gov <br />
