Mn/DOT wishes to stress that City approvals of any applicant's CUP, rezoning, or <br /> building permit request does not constitute an automatic approval by Mn/DOT of an <br /> Entrance Permit or other RM/work at that location. Any request involving access to <br /> a state highway or work on highway RM/(new entrance request, Change in Use of <br /> an existing entrance, utility work, grading,tree removal, etc.) requires Mn/DOT <br /> review and permits. All applicants must contact Mn/DOT prior to any assumptions <br /> on highway access or work on the RM.
