The request for a conditional use permit to open a sign shop and retail <br /> store at 27997 County Road 107. <br /> 2. The subject property is located in the Rural Residential Zone. <br /> 3. The proposed business would sell products such as decorative items, <br /> signs, clocks, rugs, picture frames, books, etc., all of which are produced <br /> off-site. <br /> 4. All business activities, including storage of materials, will be inside a single <br /> car garage. <br /> 5. The proposed use is clearly incidental to the primary use of the property <br /> which is for residential purposes. <br /> 6. The proposed business will be open from 10 a.m.- 6 p.m., Wednesday- <br /> Saturday all year round. <br /> 7. There will not be any employees working onsite. <br /> 8. Besides the signage produced onsite, all other items being sold at the <br /> proposed business would be sold offsite. <br /> 9. The subject property is heavily wooded.
