We have determined that your <br /> application is complete and we have scheduled a public hearing for 7:30 P. M. December <br /> 15, 2011 at City Hall. You are the third public hearing on the Agenda. <br /> To review, a conditional use is a use that is generally allowed,with conditions applied to <br /> address or mitigate potential problems. For a conditional use permit,the Planning <br /> Commission holds a public hearing and decides whether to approve or deny the <br /> application. The Planning Commission may attach conditions on approval of the permit <br /> to ensure that the proposed use meets other provisions of the Ordinance. <br /> The City prepares a staff report for the Planning Commission prior to the meeting. The <br /> report will discuss the pertinent ordinances and an evaluation and recommendations on <br /> your application.
