Hearing: Application 11-4039, Conditional Use Permit Application for Additional Signage in the Commercial Zone. Applicant(s): Stacy Hill- Sign Spot for Mid Minnesota Credit Union. Legal Description: The subject property is located at 30483 State Highway 371 and is legally described as: PT OF NEl/4 SE1/4 DESC: COMM AT POINT WHERE E1/4 LINE AKA E-W LINE OF SEC 15 INTER W BNDRY OF STATE HWY #371 ROW THEN W 206 FT THEN S 206 FT THEN E TO W BNDRY OF STATE HWY #371 ROW THEN N'LY ALG SD HWY ROW TO POB.PIN: 2901541001300009. See location map on the back side of this notice. Purpose: The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to place additional signage on the principal structure. The property owner has been granted a sign permit for a two sided, free- standing monument sign and one wall sign above the main entrance. The request is for an additional 40 sq. ft.wall side on the north side of the existing structure. All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or to send written comments to City Hall at 4638 County Road 11, Pequot Lakes, MN 56472.
