The DNR has <br />�- indicated that they would complete a preliminary review but that it would take up to three <br />weeks. Mr. Mortenson has been informed and understands that this will not go to Council <br />until the City receives the preliminary review from the DNR. <br />Election <br />Staff is in the process of hiring election judges and scheduling training for the judges. <br />Ratchke Pronertv <br />Research the possibility of environmental contamination of the Rathcke Property. <br />Union Contract Renewal <br />The City is in the process of beginning negotiations for the contract renewal. <br />Refundin� of USDA Bond <br />Continue to work with Springsted to accomplish the refunding of the water bonds and to <br />meet with Moody's Investment for acquiring a bond rating for the City. <br />Trailside Park <br />The City continues to meet with MnDOT regarding the acquisition of Trailside Park. <br />Web Site <br />Continue working to update information in the City's website. <br />� <br />
