Fire Department Monthlv Report <br />Report received by Council. <br />8. Police Department Monthlv Report <br />Report received by Council. <br />8.1. Update on Police Department Clerical Staffinq <br />Chief Klang informed the Council that Jeanyne Alderson is working 20 <br />hours per week in the police department and 20 hours per week in the <br />Clerk's office. He noted that Dawn Bittner is working 40 hours per week in <br />the Planning and Zoning Department and in the Clerk's Department. He <br />explained that his goal is to budget for a full time office manager to begin <br />in 2013. <br />9. Public Works <br />Report received by Council. <br />9.1. Reauest to Purchase Eauiament <br />Mike Loven presented the Council with finro bids for the purchase of a <br />John Deere skid loader with two attachments. He recommended that the <br />City purchase the skid loader from Northwood's Turf and Power. <br />MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF A JOHN <br />DEERE SKID LOADER WITH TWO ATTACHEMENTS FROM <br />NORTHWOOD'S TURF AND POWER AT $52,745 WITH THE FUNDS <br />TO COME FROM CAPITAL OUTLAY CARRYOVER. COUNCIL <br />MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 3- <br />0. <br />10.1. Government Drive <br />City Engineer Tim Houle provided an update on the Government Drive <br />Project. He stated that he will received two quotes for the additional work <br />� on Government Drive which will be presented to the Council in August. <br />
