Open Forum <br />� 11. Clerk's Report <br />Report accepted by Council. <br />11.1. Discussion on Citv Acceptance of Propertv Donation <br />The Clerk noted that Staff has provided the executive summary of an <br />environmental site assessment that was completed on the property in <br />2003. The results of the study show that there are concentrations of <br />certain chemicals that exceed standards. <br />The Estate of the property is requesting an answer regarding whether the <br />City wants to accept this property as soon as possible. If the Council is <br />interested in pursuing the acceptance of this property, it would be best to <br />have another environmental assessment of the property completed. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED NOT TO ACCEPT THE <br />PROPERTY. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br />11.2. Acceptance of Resianation of Council Member Malecha <br />L.. <br />
