The <br /> board will need to have the following information to make a final decision or <br /> recommendation: <br /> 1. What is the duration of the Land Trust role as the fee-title owner? <br /> 2. What/who would likely be ultimate owner of the property? <br /> 3. What role should/could the Land Trust have in helping to complete the vision of a <br /> larger natural park(discussion with landowners, securing a trail easement,helping to <br /> secure the county land,etc.)? <br /> 4.
