The subject property is located <br /> adjacent to Olson Street and immediately south of Pequot Pines and Estates. The <br /> applicant has applied for metes and bounds subdivision to split 3.68 acres from the <br /> subject property for the development. <br /> The proposed apartment building is 58' x 650' (37,700 sq ft) with an additional <br /> io' x 650' (6,500 sq. ft.) area for sun rooms for each unit. The proposed apartment <br /> contains 31 units ranging from efficiency to three-bedroom units and are intended for <br /> people aged 55 years and older. The apartment building is one story and contains one <br /> laundry room to be shared amongst residents. There will be two garage buildings, one containing 17 stalls and the other <br /> containing 15 stalls. Both garage buildings will be io feet from the north property line. <br /> The property is near the city sanitary sewer and water utilities. The systems may need to <br /> be extended in order for the development to get connected. The stormwater will be <br /> managed onsite with the construction of a stormwater pond.
